- 7. 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 8. 1 Tbs chopped ginger root
- 9. 1 tsp Sichuan pepper corn, toasted and crushed
- 10. 4 jalapeño, seeded and cut into long strips
- 11. 1 Tbs oyster sauce
- 12. 2 tsp sugar
- 13. 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 14. Pinch of sesame seeds
