- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme, powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground star anise
- 10 -12 garlic cloves (mashed)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
