Magic Squares
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cups chopped dates
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. In a blender, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips, dates and walnuts. Blend the magic square base until the mixture is smooth. Next, add the chopped walnuts, dates and chocolate chips and fold in these ingredients to the base mixture until well incorporated. Set aside an 8” x 8” pan and line it with parchment paper. Pour the magic square mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly. Bake in the oven for 22 minutes.
