Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 1 Carrot, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced

- 1 kg smoked pork ribs
- 3 Potatoes, peeled and halved
Instructions
