Ingredients
- 3 hard boiled eggs cut into halves (only free range, darling)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Potato (chopped)
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- 2 gloves of garlic
- very little ginger
- 1 tbs. oil (we use sunflower)
- 2 tbs. coconut milk (this is optional)
- 1 dry red chilli (this is optional)
- 2 tbs garam masala
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. chilli powder
- 1 small cup of hot water
- coriander to garnish
