- 3 dashes white pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Wonton skin
- Some cooking oil for pan-frying
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar
