- 1 green apple, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Brandy

- sugar (optional)
- 3-6 teaspoons curry powder, to taste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups fish stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
