- 2 1/2 cups Red Burgundy Wine
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 3 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons All purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 8 Small Yukon Gold Potatoes
