Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp active dry yeast
- 1/4 c warm water
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 c warm milk
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs (be sure they are at room temperature)
- 3 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 3 lb pork, cubed (use whatever cut of meat you prefer. make sure it's tender)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 c cold water
- 1/4 c dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 2-3 Tbsp sugar (optional; for sweeter dumplings)
