- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- 1 medium Onion fine chopped
- 2 tbsp Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Fine chopped green chili or to taste
- 15 Fresh curry leaves fine chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriandar leaves fine chopped
- 3 tbsp Vegetable shortening room temperature
- salt
- 3 cup Oil for frying
