  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp golden caster sugar
  • ¼ tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • ½ tsp white vinegar
