  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves and stems
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 serrano
  • Diamond Crystal kosher salt, to taste
  • For serving:
  • ½ lime, zest and juice
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • flaky salt (such as Maldon)
