- 2 tablespoons fresh grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit)
- 1 teaspoon anise-flavored liqueur (such as Pernod)
- Cracked ice
- 1 thin grapefruit half-moon slice
- ¼ cup lemon tonic water (such as Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic)
- Fennel frond, for garnish
