- For Chocolate Glaze:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup or golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60g) semisweet or dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup (65g) Dutch-process cocoa powder, sifted
