• 1 Pound venison bones, roasted for 30-45 minutes at 425 degrees F
• 2 Tablespoons high-quality red wine vinegar
• 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen lingonberries or huckleberries
• 1 bottle Samuel Adams Boston Lager
• 2 large shallots
