Madeira Tart
Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup semolina flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 finger pinch of salt
- For the custard:
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons madeira
- 4 large eggs, or three duck eggs
