Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb muti colored potatoes
- 2 oz turkey pepperoni,
- 3 oz black olives
- 1/2 jar(s) capers
- 3-4 slice roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/3 lb blanched asparagus
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon grass, i used frozen chopped
- 3/4 c evoo ( you can use less)
- 1/8 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 c fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp everglades seasoning
- 1 Tbsp herbes de provence
- 1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 3 small garlic cloves
