PWs pasta with pesto cream sauce
Ingredients
- * 1 bunch fresh basil
- * 3/4 cup parmesan (cubed)
- * 3tbsp pinenut
- * 2 garlic clove peeled
- * salt and pepper
- * 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- * 1/2 cup light pouring cream
- * 2 tbsp butter
- * 400g pasta (fusili or whatever you have going)
- * 4 roma tomato, diced (i used mini roma tomato)
