- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 10 oz. mini marshmallows
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 16 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 oz. marshmallow fluff
- 4 oz. mini marshmallows, toasted (I used my BonJour Crème Brûlée Chef’s Professional Culinary Torch with Fuel Gauge ) or put under broiler to turn brown
- 1 vanilla bean (I used Rodelle), cut, seeds removed, pod discarded
- ½ tsp. vanilla bean paste or extract (I used Rodelle)
