Ingredients
- For the radish cake:
- 150 grams rice flour
- 30 grams wheat starch (tung min flour)
- 50 grams grated white radish(squeeze out the liquid from the radish before weighing)
- 300 ml water
- For the stir fry:
- 2 chopped garlic
- 4 eggs(beaten)
- tablespoon ½ chilli paste
- 5 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- teaspoon ½ salted radish (optional)
