- For the salad:
- 2 duck breasts

- 1 cup coriander leaves, coarsely chopped

- For the dressing:
- 1 lemongrass stalk (white and soft part only), finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons coriander stem, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish or oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (dark)
