- 1 Cup chopped cauliflower
- 1 Cup chopped potatoes
- 1 Cup green peas
- 2 teaspoon chopped green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 0.5 Cup grated processed cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
- whole wheat flour for rolling
- Ghee for cooking
