- Red chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Shahi Jeera/Caraway seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
