- 0.5 Cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tablespoon of dhania-jeera powder
- 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
