- * 250g snow pea
- * 1 cup (100g) bean sprout

- * 14 large cooked yamba prawn with shell on (or 2 cup frozen peeled
- cooked prawn)
- * 3 tablespoon fish sauce
- * 3 tablespoon grated palm sugar
- * juice of 1 small lemon
- * salt to taste
- * 1 small bunch fresh coriander, leaf and stalk chopped fine
- * 1 tablespoon finely chopped chive, to serve
- * lemon wedge, to serve
- * chopped red chilli, to serve (optional)
