  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons whole-milk yogurt (plus extra for serving)
  • 2 pounds 3 ounces skinless chicken legs, or 1 3/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
