- 250 ml greek yoghurt
- 250 ml chicken stock
- 125 ml double cream
- 100 grams golden sultanas
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 75 grams flaked almonds (toasted)
