- 1 Cup besan (bengal gram flour)
- 1.5 tablespoon semolina (rava)
- 0.5 teaspoon citric acid (nimbu ka phool)
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1.0 teaspoon ginger-green chilli paste
- 1.5 teaspoon fruit salt
- Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 0.5 teaspoon sesame seeds (til)
- 1 piece of chopped green chillies
- A pinch of hing
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
