- 1/2 cup raw mango chopped
- 1/2 tsp Saunth powder Dry Ginger
- 1 tsp mustard oil
- 2 tsp jaggery
- A Pinch Hing

- 500 gm potatoes boiled and peeled

- 3 green chillies
- 4 Dry red chilies
- 2 tsp amchoor powder Dry mango powder
- 2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
