- 3 tbsp sugar or as required
- 1 tbsp masala milk powder (optional
- 3 tbsp milk powder
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- pinch of saffron (optional)
- 1 tsp rose water
- For Sugar Syrup:
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- For Frying Bread:
- 7-8 slices of bread (white or brown)
- 2 tbsp of ghee
- For Garnishing:
- Dry fruits – sliced pistachios, sliced almonds
