


Pour the butter into the work bowl of a standing mixer or a large mixing bowl.
Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, then cream on medium speed (will take a few minutes).
Add the egg, egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract.
Heat oven to 375.Scoop the dough out in about cup-size portions.
Bake about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.Cool on wire racks.
