Use a spiralizer to prepare your zucchini noodles or buy them pre-cut.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil (from the sun-dried tomato jar) in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the zucchini noodles, Herbes de Provence, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zoodles start to soften.
Transfer the zoodles to a serving bowl.Toss with a tablespoon of chili oil.Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and fresh basil.
