  • 1 medium size green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt to taste
Instructions

Cut all vegetables into chunks and place in a food processor or a large bowl.

Add bread, water, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt.Using a food processor or a hand blender blend until the soup is smooth.

Place in your fridge to cool down for at least an hour.

Serve in a bowl/jar/glass with some ice cubes.
