Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt.Knead dough on a floured surface for 2 minutes.Divide dough into 6 equal balls.Start melting butter in a sauce pan. Once it has melted, stir in minced garlic.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Roll out 1 dough ball into a thin disc.Pan fry the disc, flipping once, until nicely browned on both sides.Repeat with all discs.
