  • 70g salami

Instructions

Cut the salami into fine slices and start frying them in a medium heat pan.In a separate pan, steam the peas for just a few minutes until they're almost done.

Add the pine nuts to the pan with the salami. Fry for a couple of minutes until the pine nuts turn slightly brown.

Add the white wine and the cream while stirring in the peas.Boil the pasta until almost done.

Drain pasta and mix in the pan with the salami, pine nuts, cream, and wine.

Add some salt, pepper, nutmeg, and peppercorns to the mix.
