  • 1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C degrees.Coat a 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Let stand for 15 minutes, so the oats and flour can absorb the apple juices.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Cut into squares while still warm.
