Ingredients
- 900 gm brown sugar
- 500 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 8 large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 kilogram self raising flour – sifted
Instructions
Add eggs. Fold in sifed flour and spices. Chill mixture for 6 hours.
Roll dough onto pastry board. Use cookie cutter and cut into various shapes.
Add colorful mini m&m chocolate if you like. This is optional.
