  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Milk-
  • ½ cup Diced Onion
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Instructions

Place the chicken into a greased crock pot. In a bowl combine the remaining items other than the pasta and pour it over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour then reduce heat to low and cook for another 5-6 hours.

Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta.
