Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. - Soft Butter
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 Large egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour, unbleached or all-purpose
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, mash 2 ripened bananas.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir until combined (do not stir this to death!)
Sprinkle over unbaked cookies.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown. My oven is hot, and only needs 10 minutes.
