- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil, slightly cooled
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 cup xylitol
Instructions
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix again.
Add the flour and mix until combined.
Pour into a greased, floured bundt pan.
Bake for about 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cooked through.
