  • 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup - Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup - Maraschino Cherries ( cut in half )
  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup - Mayo
  • 2 cups ½ - Crushed Pineapple ( drained )
Instructions

Place in a bowl the cream cheese and mayo then with an electric mixer cream together until smooth. Stir in the cherries, pineapple, and marshmallows then mix well. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form then fold gently into the fruit mixture. Spoon into a casserole dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.

Cut into serving pieces and enjoy.
