Instructions

Halve peppers length wise and clean out seeds but keep the stem

Place peppers in baking dish

In a bowl mix tomatoes, garlic and herbs

Stuff each pepper and add small pieces of cheese to the mixture

Drizzle with olive oil

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
