Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Applesauce
- 1/4 cup ripe, soft Avocado
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon Natural Butter Extract
- 1- 15 ounce can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks or Chips
- 3/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- 5 ounces Dark Chocolate**
- 1 Drop Natural Green Food Coloring (Optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Grape seed Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Flax
- 1 Tablespoon Whipped Coconut Cream or Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Neutral Oil
- 1 Whole (2 halves) canned or jar unsweetened Pear (I use Trader Joe's)
- 3/4 teaspoon Pure Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea or Pink Salt
- 3 Tablespoons White Spelt Flour or Rice Flour*
- 2 Tablespoons White Spelt Flour or White Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Powdered Xylitol
Instructions
Remove the contents from processor into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add the coconut sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and salt and mix.
Add the flour with the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into your prepared dish and bake at 350 for 44-45 minutes.
Add the powdered xylitol and mix well.
Add the oil to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
