Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon - cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese
- 1c mayo
- 1 c cheddar cheese(sharp is best, mild is fine too)
- 2 Roma tomatoes – seeds and inner goop removed – only use the outside meat
- 1 small bundle of green onions – finely chopped
- 2 Tbs minced garlic
Instructions
Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mayo tomatoes, onions, garlic and bacon in a bowl.
Put in an oven safe dish and bake for 20 mins on 350 or until bubbly and browning on top.
