Ingredients
- 1 ounce x 9 package frozen artichoke hearts thawed
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 ounce x 14 can chunky tomatoes with garlic and 1 ounce x 6 can tomato paste
- 3 cups hot cooked noodles
- cup dairy sour cream
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed or fennel seed
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 2 mediums onions, chopped
- 3 mediums potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1In a 3 1/2, 4 or 5 quart crockery cooker, place potatoes, onions and garlic.
Instructions
In a 3 1/2, 4 or 5 quart crockery cooker, place potatoes, onions and garlic.
Serve over hot cooked noodles. Top each serving with a spoonful of sour cream.Makes 6 servings.
