- 6 ounces angel hair pasta (capellini)
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, minced
- 1 Garlic clove, put through a press
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In large pot of boiling water, cook angel hair pasta 3 minutes, until tender.
Add cooked angel hair, parsley, lemon juice and salt; toss to coat.
