- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 can (small) chopped mushrooms
- Few grains cayenne pepper
- Buttered cracker crumbs
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- teaspoon Prepared mustard
- teaspoon Nutmeg
- 3 dozs oysters with shells
- teaspoon Chopped parsley
- teaspoon Salt
- 3 Shallots, finely chopped
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Instructions
Wash and chop oysters. Cook shallots in butter; add flour and brown.
Add remaining seasonings, oysters and mushrooms; cook a few minutes.
