- 16 ounces can pumpkin, or 2 cups cooked pumpkin, mashed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened,
- 1 egg
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 ounces pkg yellow cake mix

For Crust:In a large bowl combine until crumbly.Press onto bottom of jelly roll (11x1
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.Cool and refrigerate before serving.If desired, serve with Maple cream and a dollop of whipped cream.For Cream
Combine cream and maple syrup in a small saucepan.Simmer for 30-40 minutes or until reduced by half.
