  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 whole eggs
Instructions

Pour the batter into the loaf pan.-

Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick, inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.-

Transfer to a wire rack to cool before slicing.
