Instructions

In a small microwaveable bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.

Add the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, chocolate chips and salt.

Mix till combined. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
